The objective is simple: spend the next six months building a connected, collaborative, and high-performing team of leaders - in one hour a week.

The Lucidity Leadership Programme helps your team develop superpower professional skills, level up their mindset and accelerate results. 

This happens thanks to a potent mix of group coaching, the Lucidity Success System, with practice and accountability inside the Lucidity Network, a community designed for leaders.

Phase one: trajectory and connection (first 30 days)

Kick-off is a goal-setting session to align on the most important team goals and set individual goals that contribute to achieving the team goals for the next six months.

With clear objectives, each person develops their roadmap of their actions to help them achieve their goal. The Leadership program always involves individual learning and advancement as well as working together. There emphasis is on building trust, accountability and collaboration into the process.

Phase two: leadership in action (putting in the reps)

Collectively, the cohort has a shared set of goals, with group check-ins, training workshops, productivity sessions, and anytime peer support. Thanks to monthly reporting, you, as the leader, have visibility of your team's progress.

With a clear set of goals, deeper cohesion among team members, and a process for accountability, your team starts demonstrating new traction.

Individually, your team members are cultivating leadership skills, professional fulfilment and problem solving skills.

At the six-month milestone in the Programme, we take a step back, assess the results, update the next set of goals, and celebrate progress before renewing efforts for the next six months.

Lucy is founder and director at Lucidity. She is a facilitator, trainer and coach specialising in helping managers and leaders with the confidence and tools to build high performing teams that get results.

She is bestselling author of The Innovation Workout and How to have confidence at work and co-presenter on the Quiet Leadership Revolution podcast.

Each organisation struggles with unique obstacles, and the Lucidity Leadership Programme is built on the Lucidity Success System, a proven leadership and professional development program that has evolved from 15+ years of expertise.

The Lucidity Success System helps address the biggest obstacles that stand between a leader and success - whatever that obstacle may be.

That said, the types of teams and organisations that will most benefit from this leadership programme are mid-sized companies that understand the importance of culture but have an under-resourced L&D department.

They have six or more team members who belong in this programme. They have 1-2 hours of weekly time to learn and implement, and they have a six-month runway to see measurable improvements.

We like to keep this super simple. With an agreement in hand, you provide the names of staff you want to invite to the program, and we handle the rest.

We ask that our partners whitelist the lucidity.org.uk domain so that our onboarding emails and platform alerts don't get rejected by corporate spam filters.

We have several ways that programme participants can get support.

First, there is the private Lucidity Network platform where they can share & ask for feedback anytime. Lucidity moderators share guidance that has value for everyone and others with experience can also contribute.

If the person with the obstacle needs additional, personalised support, they have monthly opportunities to join group coaching calls where Lucy and other experts can help them solve the problem for good.

At that stage, if Lucy or other Lucidity programme leadership sees that additional support is needed, they're offered a one-on-one support call.

Internally, we collect monthly feedback from Programme participants. There are quarterly check-ins with you to ensure that your team goals are on track and discuss any obstacles.

We make this information relevant and easy to integrate into your internal one-on-one discussions with managers.

The Lucidity Leadership Programme starts at £6,000 + VAT for a minimum of 6 participants, with a six-month commitment and an optional renewal.
